Increased Concentration of White Blood Cells in PRP Weakens Rotator Cuff Tendons When Used for PASTA Repairs

The objective of this study was to evaluate the method of failures of repairs of articular-sided partial-thickness rotator cuff (PASTA lesions) repairs without platelet-rich plasma (PRP), with PRP with concentrated white blood cells (WBC’s), and with PRP with reduced WBC’s.
