Anterolateral Ligament Reconstruction Combined with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Knees: Cruciate Ligaments, Anterolateral Ligament (ALL)

This study evaluates the clinical outcomes of patients who undergo a reconstruction of the anterolateral ligament (ALL) in conjunction with reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Patients who experience concurrent injuries to both ligaments present with increased rotational instability. This instability, if not addressed, may place a reconstruction of the ACL at risk for reinjury.
