Superior Capsular Reconstruction for Massive, Irreparable Rotator Cuff Tears - A Multi-Center Trial

OrthoBiologics: ECM Patches
Shoulders: Rotator Cuff

This study, in conjunction with the Missouri Orthopaedic Institute at the University of Missouri, aims to evaluate the clinical and radiographic outcomes of patients who undergo a superior capsular reconstruction (SCR) for the treatment of massive, irreparable rotator cuff tears. For patients with massive rotator cuff tears and minimal arthritis, the SCR is a viable option to preserve the shoulder while decreasing pain and increasing function. This study specifically examines subjective patient outcomes and objective outcomes on X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound.
